Team Dawn Application Form

THIS IS FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO APPLY FOR THE TEAM DAWN POSITION OF !!

Please fill out the form as best as you can and if you have any questions feel free to ask and .For the place you insert the pic make it be your Digimons ROOKIE form please. When you are done with this please submit it to the folder "Team Dawn Application Sheets"

When you fill this out make sure your Digimon can fit as the "good guy" position so it makes more sense xD

One question that i wasn't able to fit in the form was "What Digimon of Team Dusk do you feel your Digimon can be rivals with? ". Right now nobody can fill that in yet since there is no members of Team Dusk yet but once we get all the member's we would like it if you updated the form ^_^.
